Title: Hyperbolic Sets That are Not Isolated

Abstract:

We give new examples of hyperbolic sets which are not contained in locally 
maximal hyperbolic sets.  Our first example is two dimensional and robust 
under perturbations.  The second example is four dimensional and 
topologically transitive on the hyperbolic set.
